Shipping and Return Policy
Please allow us time from receipt of your order confirmation for your order to be processed so long as item is in stock. Your processed order will then be forwarded to Canada Post for shipment. We cannot guarantee shipping times once your order is with Canada Post. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes that are charged where items arrive in your country. You are responsible for paying border fees if any, and if you chose not to pay these fees, the item (s) may be sent back to us. You will then be responsible for paying any return fees to us.

We are not responsible for an incorrect address inputted by you. You are responsible for paying a new shipping fee to resend the package to the correct address.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your item (s). However, you are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise discussed between the owner and client.

E-Books and online courses are non-refundable as they are instant download items.

If there appears to be fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to refuse returns.
